Question: Why do people who support NASA assume that if you do not support it, that you are against space travel?

Who are the "they" you refer to - I support NASA's commitment to space research and pioneering technological advances. And I also support any and all private business enterprises that make space travel part of the general public awareness.

Naivety is the fruit of those who have no humilty. They do not think that any other space program can do anything so they think that if you do not support there cause you do not support NASA

I don't support space travel (by humans), but I support NASA for its efforts in space exploration (with robotics). Commercial space flight will never prove to be successful.
